      No season it’s always busy

      Toxic management exploit you every day with micromanaging and management intertwined with staff inappropriately. Will use information against you when they no longer want you but will not take accountability for their toxicity in treating others.

      Bob is a great leader and has given me a new appreciation for ice cream. He teaches teamwork and caring for customers.

      Cons

      The hours are long and hard. It hurts your arm to scoop that much ice cream in 8 hours. But you get good tips too.
