      Standard FT benefits. Co-workers were team players. Free parking in Class A building. Office lunches throughout the year.

      Cons

      High turnover on all levels. Poor leadership. Pay below industry standard. Work-life balance is nil. Employees do not feel valued.

      Pros

      As with any company, there are ups and downs, especially during today's healthcare enviroment. TRG has always been flexible with me, and I with them. If someone is willing to work hard and stay at it, you will find the job satisfaction you are looking for. That is key here, and at any job. 10+ years.

      Cons

      It can be stressful with today's healthcare system. Very busy. Health insurance choices and employers matches/portion payments. Expensive.
