Pros

The wonderful facade of a small company with little beaurocracy, unfortunately it was only a facade. Co-workers were okay, once I came to realize it was the negative environment that created their negative attitudes, not vice-versa.

Cons

It's a business being ran by people with no business running a business. They are all megalomaniacal control freaks trying to please a ring leader who essentially "leads" no one. It's a small company pretending to be a large corporation by utilizing large powerful words and intimidation is a common practice. Lead by doctors with no respect for humanity. The entire experience was a series of contradictions and confusion. If anyone is considering working there approach with caution. Whether a radiologist or a clerk no matter the "social demographic" (a TRG term) the turnover rate at this company is astronomical. They celebrate an employee's ONE YEAR of employment with TRG as a huge accomplishment. I thought this was odd, I've heard of 2,5 & 10 etc. year anniversary celebrations but one? Now that I've seen more employees come and go from this company than the revolving doors of the high-rise it resides in I understand why they celebrate the poor soul who's made it a year at TRG. But don't expect a raise, a bonus or even a pat on the back for the hard work. It will never happen, even if promised! They try to point the finger at one lowly individual that's the cause of all the internal problems with the staffing but this is a prime example of the old saying "the fish stinks from the head".

Standard FT benefits. Co-workers were team players. Free parking in Class A building. Office lunches throughout the year.

Cons

High turnover on all levels. Poor leadership. Pay below industry standard. Work-life balance is nil. Employees do not feel valued.

Pros

My co-workers were fun to work with and my manager was okay. The job was engaging enough and especially for anyone looking to break into the medical field. On-call on the weekends allows you to pick up some extra money. It's a nice job if you want to finish school and move on.

Cons

Senior Management is a big problem. The founder/CEO is a radiologist who wants to be a business man. He expects his staff to take on extra responsibilities without any compensation and be a "team player". He calls hourly employees after-hours and expects them to answer. They promise the world and don't deliver. There are NO bonuses. There are NO raises. The only way to get a raise is to get a new job title and even then the pay is below industry standard. The radiologists are usually easy enough to work with but they can be high maintenance like any other doctor. There is a managing partner who is extremely cheap and cuts corners.
