Pros
I worked at a franchise branch, not the corporate office, as a sales associate for about eight months before having to leave to focus on my last year in college. Because it's a small store, all employees have the opportunity get to know one another. It's just up to the individual to make that a positive experience or not. Overall, the experience was a good one.
Cons
Compared to other jobs, it's pretty physically demanding and I personally feel the compensation does not reflect that. Management was also abysmal. The manager completely abused their power and the owners of the store did not find out until all the employees threatened to quit.
