      Pros

      Working with nice people for the most part. Pretty easy overall.

      Cons

      It can get very busy. We didn't take any breaks and sometimes no lunch breaks. Customers can be horrible and I've worked other retail jobs. The pay was the lowest for retail jobs in the area. No benefits. Each store is individually owned so you never know who you'll work for.

      Pros

      Due to understaffing, certain staff gets more hours. Decent enough pay compared to other companies, if you're patient enough (several years later) you can finally move up. You'll do decently if you're put under a decent manager.

      Cons

      Always understaffed and managers say we are "overstaffed", managers can influence raises to some degree by what they say and their employee biases, etc.
