I wanted to respond to your comment on pay with a little more detail which will hopefully be helpful.
Our approach to pay is market-based, which means we benchmark salaries for each role against the market average to ensure everyone is paid fairly. The market range for each role is reviewed every year, along with our colleagues' salaries, to ensure we continue to pay competitively.
Performance is recognised via bonuses, with the amount received varying among individuals and higher performers receiving larger bonuses.
Overall, we think this approach is the fairest while also being competitive.
