Pros
They have a charity fund they've maintained for families that can't afford certain equipment. They have company-sponsored conferences for free once a month where you can get your CEU's. They are very ethical both in treatment and professional practices such as sanitizing. The company's owner is from Holland and employs some very attractive European business practices such as up to four weeks of paid time off per year. They have a lot of family-supportive perks like $5000/year per child for day care.
Cons
They have some quirky people in the office who are jokey one minute and downright mean the next. A lot of management is shy/introverted and dealing with them can be a little awkward. Rules and policies change quickly and communication of that is bad, so it makes the job stressful. The perks such as gym membership, child care, and cell phone reimbursement great but even with all the reimbursing the pay is less than at Care Options for Kids where there are no bells and whistles.
