Pros
The technology is very interesting. The Founder Amir Averbuch is an amazing person. The majority of company employees are dedicated, talented and hard working. The company raised several rounds and spends it freely.
Cons
The CEO sets the tone in the company and acts like a dictator. Everything has to be done according to his momentary preferences - even the most minute administrative tasks. He is mentally unstable and freely abuses employees, demeaning them publicly and consistently over time. It is mind boggling how the investors turn a blind eye to the CEO's behavior along with his obsessive self promotion that comes at a very high cost to the company.
