      Competitive salary compared to other Brazil companies Good benefits – Gympass, dental plan, life insurance, health insurance Opportunity to work on global projects and gain international visibility Strong sense of diversity and inclusion Budget for personal development It is a socially responsible (corporate citizen) company Remote work

      Cons

      The company has been going through difficult times and is trying to re-establish itself competitively in the market, with frequent layoffs and strong pressure for results (which did not exist before) You often don’t have someone closely following and supporting your development journey, which makes internal growth more difficult You often end up working more for the client than for Thoughtworks, shifting from the company’s culture to the client’s culture (which can be good or bad depending on the project) For Product Managers, many projects tend to be much more operational than strategic Performance evaluation is very subjective, with no clear individual-level goals to track Sometimes you will work alone, with no other thoughtworker

      Pros

      I've had a great experience building my career at Thoughtworks. One of the things that stands out most is the culture. It's collaborative, supportive, and filled with people who genuinely want to help each other succeed. Thoughtworks has also provided me with meaningful opportunities for career growth. I've been encouraged to take on new challenges, develop new skills, and explore different career paths. Leaders have been approachable and supportive, and I've always felt empowered to own my development rather than being confined to a single role. Like any organization, we’ve had our ups and downs. But the people and the commitment to continuous learning have remained consistent strengths. If you're looking for a place where you can grow professionally, work with smart and passionate people, and be part of a culture that values collaboration and innovation, Thoughtworks is a great place to build your career.
