      Pros

      People at Thoughtworks don't just "do their job", they are extremely talented at thinking about the value they create for the customer and the contribute they can bring to the worldwide community of technologists. Also, Thoughtworks is really global, in the sense that you are in touch with colleagues around the globe on a daily basis, and it's super easy to reach out to anyone and ask for support

      Cons

      Working in a flat and agile organisation is something that you have to get used to, which is not easy and sometimes confusing if you come from "traditional" environments
