Pros

After three years at this company, I can honestly say it’s the best place I’ve ever worked. Inclusion is not just a word here — it’s a daily practice. People with disabilities, women, seniors, Black professionals, and other historically marginalized groups are not only welcome, they are prioritized in hiring. I, for example, am a senior, hearing-impaired, and — let’s say — a bit quirky (with a screw loose and some extra gears 😅), and I’ve never felt so embraced. Professional growth is real. I’ve learned so much through rotating projects, exposure to different tools, and daily challenges with clients (some of which you, ChatGPT, have even helped with 😄). Even after all these years in tech, I’m still growing — and that’s something special. Belonging is what I feel the most. I have access to leadership as easily as to peers. I’m heard, respected, and I can truly be myself, even as someone who’s not naturally good at starting conversations. Transparency is above average too. Sure, there are natural limits, but leadership is proactive in addressing hallway rumors and communicating clearly when needed. In short, I’m proud to be part of this.

Cons

No company is perfect — and that’s okay. What matters is that here we can share feedback freely and safely, without fear of retaliation. Leadership listens and stays open. It’s a real company — with goals, pressure, and structure — but with a genuine human side that makes all the difference.

Pros

I've had a great experience building my career at Thoughtworks. One of the things that stands out most is the culture. It's collaborative, supportive, and filled with people who genuinely want to help each other succeed. Thoughtworks has also provided me with meaningful opportunities for career growth. I've been encouraged to take on new challenges, develop new skills, and explore different career paths. Leaders have been approachable and supportive, and I've always felt empowered to own my development rather than being confined to a single role. Like any organization, we’ve had our ups and downs. But the people and the commitment to continuous learning have remained consistent strengths. If you're looking for a place where you can grow professionally, work with smart and passionate people, and be part of a culture that values collaboration and innovation, Thoughtworks is a great place to build your career.

Cons

None that I can think of right now.
