The salary is low. I had to ask twice for a salary increase and I only managed to get part of the bonus, which I was supposed to get it all anyways after being more than a year in the company. No career growth opportunities. Some of the senior developers are rude and not supportive towards the less experienced to help them grow. Lack of organisation on task management.
