Pros
Tidbit has been a wonderful company. The management team really seems to care about their employees. They treat you like a person, not an employee. You may have to work late but from home sometimes when the company needs you to, but that is balanced with the ability to work from home when you need to. Training processes are great and really help people to feel comfortable in each position. The managers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate to helping you if needed. I’ve met some of the most talented people ever during my time at Tidbit. It's also given me the opportunity for both lateral and upward career development. Thank you very much.

No major cons, small flaws that every company has, but yes they are always working on it to come with best possible solutions and create win win scenario for everyone.
