      - Company is honest and transparent in all matters - Opportunity to grow yourself and your career. - Work from home - Employee Centric - I have worked with PM for last 4 years and I do not have any complaint - Great Management skills - Timely Activities - Best projects to work on

      - 18 paid leaves, should be more. - Only 1 trip in a year, should be more.

      - Plenty of opportunities to grow in your field - Supportive management and HR staff - Always open for the employee's suggestions - Understands employees - Remote work - 5 days working

      Cons

      Observed very few cons - Fewer HR activities - only12 paid and 6 sick leaves - No birthday or anniversary paid leaves
