Pros
flexible hours, there isn't much pressure, moms are welcome. The location is convenient and the hire super nice and fun people (Somehow).
Cons
Too many managers per workers, It seems that they change the "roadmap" all the time. Inconstancy in what product department asks for. Big bosses are too tough , feels like the army. Promotion are given to ones who "Mingle" the best, not always the talented ones get promoted.
