PROS:
- Transparent leadership, weekly meeting on company's finances and direction
- Company is focused on making the product the best it can be for parents
- Positive atmosphere with friendly and fun employees
- CEO is open, approachable and smart
- Employees are trusted to make decisions; very autonomous culture
- Management takes employee feedback to heart
Cons
CONS:
- Start-up environment meaning you're expected to wear many hats and come up with your own solutions. Not a negative for me, but could be for someone looking for more established processes.
