Pros

- Free bottled water - Free coffee

Cons

- No equality - Shifts are disgraceful - People who work few more years or even months than you, will surely be hard on you and pretend that they are more important than you. - Salary is terrible, I was working for almost the minimum wage in my country for this GLORIOUS AND RICH COMPANY tipico, while I was making them thousands or even millions of euros. - Co-workers seem to be extra friendly and relaxed at first, but they tend to backstab and gossip you. - Supervision and team leaders will read your private messages with other co-workers. VERY IMPORTANT: They will try to get information out of you during breaks or lunches, and when you least expect it, they will pass the 'bad' information about you to the supervisor or team leader.

Pros

Working for a large betting provider sounds good on a resume.

Cons

Members who work for a long time at the project are very toxic toward newcomers and tend to create maximum stress for them, often nitpicking every minor detail during code reviews for artificial or questionable reasons which they can make up on the fly. The overall code quality is very low but company ego as if this were a top-tier company like Google and people are nothing. There is also a practice of temporarily moving employees between teams for a single task — and every team I interacted with demonstrated the same toxic behavior.
