      Great life at Tobii friendly and skilled people thinking out of the box You will feel like you are at home Multicultural environment English and Swedish are main languages. Rowe way of working for start and mid developper Great culture/value

      Too much meeting Weather and climate: too dark and cold in winter

      - WFH flexibility -no weekends

      Cons

      -poor leadership, many missed opportunities, and wrong technology bets. -was a market leader that everyone looked to for product direction and have become a follower of leaders in the industry. -due to poor management (c-level)decisions, stock price is down over 95% from the high.
