      Pros

      1. No Work 2. You don't need to be doing real work to get promotions, hike etc. 3. Management has no idea of what you are doing, so you can just pretend to work, use big words and they will think that you are Newton or someone 4. You can learn to play politics, so you may switch to political career

      There are so many pros, why somebody need cons
