Good facilities but not for experienced people who are career oriented
Pros
Good salary Good health insurance Lot of Friday events They give good laptops to work W@TT incentives for working from home
Cons
Recruitment team is honey trapping new hires. There is a huge disconnect between the recruitment team and the Engineering Team. If you are seeing good reviews on LinkedIn or Glassdoor they are extracted from the new hires by the recruiters. I was chased by my recruiter to give good review a.k.a testimonials so they can honey trap more people as I have 13+ years of experience. What the Management care is for OKRs (quarterly goals) not employee's personal growth. Only thing I hear is OKRs, OKRs & OKRs. They function like service company not a product organisation. There are people that are in the organisation from long long time and they are very rigid and not open to any new ideas/working style. Every technical thing needs to be done as those "long term" employees feel and you'll be frustrated. The managers will just fit you where there is a need of people and will not care about your past experience and your career aspirations, they want their quarterly OKRs to be met by hook or by crook. Broken agile followed which is worse than waterfall.
