Pros

Once upon a time, the company was led by a competent non-Indian director and had a semblance of a positive work culture. But that's ancient history now. Good company if you want to stay poor, reside in a dusty town, and reminisce about what personal life used to be. Enjoy endless motivational speeches from managers? Congratulations! You'll get more speeches than work-life balance or salary growth. Who needs weekends or personal time when you can soak in the wisdom of our motivational speakers, I mean, managers? They'll inspire you to work harder and longer with no concern for your well-being.

Cons

Location: The Marketing department is based in Morbi, a city lacking in amenities and opportunities for a fulfilling personal life. Work-Life Balance: The current management disregards personal life entirely, expecting employees to work long hours, including Sundays, with little regard for personal time or well-being. Management: Ever wanted to work for people who believe they're geniuses because everyone else left? Look no further! Our managers, despite their zero product knowledge, love giving motivational speeches. Truly inspiring Culture: The company sings songs about having the "best company culture," but spoiler alert: it's a myth. Top management excels at abusing hardworking juniors over anything and everything. It's a magical place where employees leave every month, but management’s ego remains untouchable. Employee Treatment: Some employees have been fired just because they got married and tried to manage a work-life balance. The company tends to hire bachelors, especially freshers, and continuously motivates them to work day and night. However, after 3-4 years, these employees often feel used and find that there has been no financial growth, making life increasingly difficult. Recognition: Despite putting in extensive effort, employees are often told their productivity is zero, leading to a demoralizing work environment. Pour your heart into your work, and you'll be told your productivity is zero. Motivating, isn't it? Growth and Compensation: Salaries are below industry standards with nominal growth opportunities, making it hard to stay motivated and engaged. Quality of Work: The company focuses on average products, which can be frustrating for those looking to make a meaningful impact in the market.
