      Pay was okay and health benefits were very good

      Cons

      Management has no vision for growth, stuck in very old methods. Work environment is not a good place to be physically or mentally. Don't be fooled into accepting a job.

      Pros

      The network engineering team at total is by far the most experienced crew I have worked with in my career. Lots of opportunities to work with private and public orgs of many sizes.

      Cons

      Most project / task management is left up to the engineer. School breaks are the busiest time for the operations side of the house.
