We celebrate everything positive that happens within this company. Positive things are always happening because positive people are working their tails off to make these positive things always happen! We have individuals who work to give back to the community and TQL is constanly sponsoring and offering services. Oh, did I mention a company with around 1800 employees just gave away a BRAND NEW CAR to one of our very own employees?
Cons
Very stressful job at times. Long hours/late phone calls contribute to the stress Due to the nature of the business, it's hard to take a long extended vacation (if you value the business that you built). These are all things that we know as employees before we accepted our positions, therefore I am not bitter about the cons listed.
