Pros
This is a great place for opportunity, but it doesn't come without hard work. Although you are not required to work long hours that is what it takes to get the success you want. There is no cap on what your potential earnings can be or the amount of customers you can have. The company will build a team around you if you have the business to support it and if you get in a bind the office will help you out. The office is very competitive and the majority of the people are young, this being said there are office happy hours and outings to encourage unity on the team.
Cons
This is not a 9-5 and can be very stressfull. Don't plan on taking weeks vacation your first year or a lot of time off. Working saturday's in Charleston is no fun, but if you can make it through sales training and establish some steady business you can usually stick around. Expect late night calls on occasion and some weekend duties.
