      Pros

      The job was fine for someone out of college. The compensation is ok, the benefits are great. You meet a lot of people your age which is a plus.

      Cons

      Don't expect to be working there for over a year unless you are handed an account from someone who started before you. Long hours, cold calling (which would be fine in most sales jobs, but at TQL you aren't taught to teach, you are taught to beg)

      Can't even begin to say how many positive thing I have to say about this company! -Company Culture amazing -Excellent training program -High earning potential for motivated employees -Opportunities for career advancement

      -Fast-paced and demanding at times -Can require long hours, especially when building your book of business, but the reward is so worth it
