Total Quality is a wonderful place to work, the first time I walked in the door here at HQ I knew this was the place for me! they offer all the training and tools you need to build a successful book of business. the amount of support you receive here is unlike anything I've ever experienced, there's never been a moment I've struggled in silence. Leadership has also set aside their personal time to introduce you to the city and TQL culture, showing you around, keeping you updated on the weekly events, and TQL outings. If you haven't already, I seriously suggest taking a few moments and seeing this TQL is a fit for you! it changed my life, let's see if it will do the same for you!
Cons
Like any Logistics positions, the jobs never done. Consider yourself on call from day one, its 5 o'clock somewhere and your customers rely on you to preform regardless of the time.
