High turnover, old staff always need to backup when staff has resigned. New staff cannot accept the old process but no improvement. They make the current process messy. Boss talk to much but nothing. No decision from the boss and staff stuck with the issue. When issue not settle, staff will be blame. Waste time to explain the process to the new staff, auditor, management. Every year will repeat the same process, staff will explain, explain and explain. Staff has overload with current job but need to attend other people. Some the process are manual, they just think about sales but not thinking about the back end. Staff need to spend more time to checking the transaction since the process manual. Hybrid working hour, but sometimes need to spend more time at home to complete the task.
