Working levels are consistently burdened with numerous unnecessary tasks, many of which are directly delegated by the Heads of Departments without any filtering and are always accompanied by unreasonable deadlines. What's the rush for?
Too many projects/initiatives launched yet none proven beneficial to the working levels. Some of the HODs are pretty much lack of understanding but persists on giving orders and expecting completion within 3-6 months, without giving any clear direction or expectations.
Work life balance is totally ZERO. The majority of the people I know find themselves working during the weekends and public holidays repeatedly due to inadequate staffing and HR is always freezing the hiring for some departments when these people are actually needed to make sure the continuity of the business.
