Everything is manual, lot of unnecessary process just for simple approval.
Such a big corporate but internal is having huge earthquake… u can see new faces almost every month and turn over is super duper high
Office politics is gilaaaa, hired for so many incompetent Mid level to be supervisor and HOD but none of them are able to work well and perform.
They will only push on the team, force them to make it done so the “HOD” can take the credits and claimed to be their work.
Your effort will never be appreciated, management will not acknowledge your hard work and they always thought they offer a competitive package but nahhh
Lower level people are underpaid and get more workloads but there is no adjustment for them. Even request for an additional headcount is a big issue as they don’t see the team are overwhelmed, but when the time people gone, only management got panic and start hiring but those quality are worst……
