1. Received a lot of exposure in AI related projects while getting to directly work with the owner. 2. The owner seems serious about his endeavor and gives space and room to grow as an employee. 3. No issues with salary or timely payment of the same. 4. Having worked in legal companies with 14 hours of workdays, the workload seems pretty light. 5. Receptive to complaints and concerns about team members and acts upon them accordingly.

1. The company has formed recently, therefore the structural hierarchial lines might not be too visible.

I did not find anything in my tenure

Seriously, don't even think about joining this company. Better to chill for a couple of months and prep for interviews at a decent place. The owner is a total nightmare. He still owes me 1.2 months' salary and forced 10-hour days at the office. Plus, constant late-night messages on WhatsApp expecting immediate replies. Totally ruined my personal life.
