      Nightmare job with a horrible owner

      I did not find anything in my tenure

      Cons

      Seriously, don't even think about joining this company. Better to chill for a couple of months and prep for interviews at a decent place. The owner is a total nightmare. He still owes me 1.2 months' salary and forced 10-hour days at the office. Plus, constant late-night messages on WhatsApp expecting immediate replies. Totally ruined my personal life.

      Pros

      Team is tight and has hands on approach to all projects. Good working culture as work life balance is nicely ensured. Salary come in timely and reviews constructive.

      Cons

      It is based in Ahmedabad so there is nothing much to do on weekends but you can take work from home and go to your hometown
