      Nice colleagues and regular reunion tea time

      Cons

      Top level put 2-3 people loadings of work to 1 person in the bottom without providing support or clear direction. Then blame the bottom for all the mistakes. For people who do nothing thus makes no mistake can be safe. Discouraging environment.
