Pros
This is a company that very much works to help their employees. They will meet you 50% of the way but you have to also do your job and meet them in the middle too. They have experienced employees here who are always willing to help, the account reps are there for you, and the upper management will drop what they're doing to help out. It's a competitive sales environment but you never feel like someone is wanting you to lose. Everyone does their best to look after one another. If you're someone who wants to feel like they are actually a part of the company and makes a difference this is the place you want to work.
Cons
I think the only con is the attitude some people can bring into the job. This is not an easy job, it is not supposed to be. It's sales in an extremely competitive market. I don't think there is ever an easy way to handle that internally other than building up the culture.
