The team and family spirit of TransTech is like no other company I have worked for. My colleagues have served as my mentors, a huge source of encouragement and have proven to be true leaders in the industry. The caliber of clients we serve in Chicago and through out the country on such a high level is extremely exciting. Above all else, TransTech is an ethical steward of IT Recruiting: truly ensuring that each consultant is a great match for our clients. If you have a chance to interview with us, I would highly recommend it. There are great quarterly and yearly incentive programs, including bonuses and paid vacations (this year the location is Hawaii). Cons
