Pros
Came in first few week’s learning how to do sales and basics to managing a team in sales. Definitely different take than average sales more hands on and actually going to events and retail stores. I stayed back to talk to the top people a lot of nights and came early which helped me get some better tips to get past the sales and into team building. Office is super friendly but definitely competitive. Tons of different words and phrases that gave me a sports team feel. Overall fun culture if you let yourself get immersed.
Cons
Hours were different than average 9-5 with some after hours activities like team nights. Not mandatory to go, but fun if you do. Pay is commission so had weeks I did average but also weeks where I made well over average salary for entry level so you earn what you get.
