      Great vacation policy Good people at the Cleveland Office Nice downtown location Laid-back work atmosphere Employees not micro-managed Mostly insulated from parent corporation politics Heathcare benefits are excellent

      Cons

      Software suite is a hodge-podge of disjointed products that don't work together. Software is outdated, and competition has surpassed Trapeze Most of the developers have been let go, so enhancements and fixes are extremely slow to materialize Compensation is poor Career advancement opportunities are scarce 401k Employer contribution is basically non-existant

      Pros

      Generous pay structure, including bonuses and commission. I was not with the company long enough to receive bonuses.

      Cons

      Zero training. I came into this role brand new to the industry and wasn’t given any parameters to operate within. Everything was up to me on how I operated, but with no experience in the industry I didn’t know what to do.
