      Pros

      They have a work from home mentally and that’s about all

      Cons

      Onboarding is the most important part of any new job and the OB for this company was basically nonexistent. No one had time to help, no type of internal resources for process it was the worst experience I’ve had. My supervisor was rude and selfish along with my lead. Will most definitely never recommend this company to anyone

      Pros

      Generous pay structure, including bonuses and commission. I was not with the company long enough to receive bonuses.

      Cons

      Zero training. I came into this role brand new to the industry and wasn’t given any parameters to operate within. Everything was up to me on how I operated, but with no experience in the industry I didn’t know what to do.
