      - Exposure to multiple tools and technology. - You will be a part of all the phase of project life cycle from requirement gathering to deployment and support. - Great learning opportunities - Management and Big shots are reachable. - Free food - Cab bill reimbursement if leaving office after 8:30 pm.

      - Work pressure is more, so hard to balance work and life.

      Freedom to learn, upskill and seek opportunities within the firm

      Cons

      Need to actively engage and seek project opportunities to keep job continuity. Support from leadership is almost nill. You need to scout for project openings yourself. Very difficult if you are on a visa constraint!
