Knowledgeable colleagues, average to good compensation depending on position/location, do offer sponsorship
Cons
Lack of AI and ML-focused projects which was one of the main core values and mission of this company, their larger project portfolio was focused heavily on data engineering and data analysis which was not aligned with my interest. Company culture was poorly managed and everyone seem to be very low on engagement and lack of interest in individual growth
