Pros
- Management knows how to irritate and torture employees so that they forcefully self resign. - Hires college passouts so that they can pay less and take more work out of them. - At Software Engineer position one is told to do a work of team lead, but no promotion and conditional low increment is given.
Cons
- No ethics, they clone the client projects and demo it as their own product. That's why many clients have left. - PF is paid in bulk after 2-3 years, but it's deducted from employees on monthly basis, you loose out interest money. - No work life balance, they even track your break and washroom using frequency. - Increment is paid only when you serve the next full year, else they deduct the last months salary. - Once you resign, if you have offer letter they'll make you serve full notice period so that you're unable to join new company sooner, and if you don't have job offer, they'll make you leave within a week without paying the full notice period pay.
