Nothing is good bad policies and unprofessional management

As an employee of goa office there are many cons I'll share one of them is there is frequent internet outage employees have to sit idle and nothing as there is no wfh option even incase of any emergency internet is a basic necessity which this IT company can't afford . They have introduced increment bond which states that if you accept the increment you can't leave the company for 1year on top the company hasn't given any increment for the past 1 year and there is no bonus policy in this company. Leave policies are pathetic. Employees are not happy

If you know who is doing politics than why don't you talk to the people who is doing such activity. You are saying because after us you got good place in organisation and by the way we already faced the things and and already started the progressing with other organizations. Did't get anything from you so we left because of management politics. Please stop to spoil the peoples career. You guys just looking your benefits.

Don't trust this company. They are liars. They lie and never deliver on promises. More than 50 employees have not been paid by the company for 2 months salarys and have filed case in high court. They have in fact take money from employees as illegal bond. Owner is very sweet talker and continues to lie every day to every one. They have 2 office, one in Gandhinagar and one in Bengaluru. Both location employees complain of fraud.
