      1. Work Life Balance 2. Recognition for value-added work 3. Good culture and knowledgeable people to learn from 4. Good visibility to Higher management 5. Opportunity of direct customer engagement and understanding their requirement 5. Free Lunch and Cab facility

      Cons

      1. Need to do a lot to catch up with cutting-edge technology 2. Sometimes it is hard to do/suggest new changes because of legacy code. 3. A bit slow if you compare with small and new enterprises.

      Some great people with collaboration.

      Cons

      Constant leadership changes and layoffs. Communication from leadership very inconsistent. Very metric vs people minded. They layoff people on paternity leave. Layoff people to hire new people at a lower pay rate. Metrics are unattainable due to technology not being ready, bad reputation in the industry, customer support lacking.
