Great culture and mission! Really enjoy the people.

Not a fan of the health insurance plan specifics - high deductible. No 401k match.

The most positive aspect was the reduced in‑office requirement, which offered a more balanced hybrid arrangement.

It was a disorganized environment with no training, poor communication, and a manager who was bossy, unclear, and focused only on herself. Ultimately, the way she treated me is something she will eventually face in return.
