      Pros

      There is plenty of work to go around.

      Cons

      This company has an upper management problem. The CTO does not work well with others and is often the reason for project delays. His general distrust of his employees creates a toxic work environment. He may be crucial in the sales process but should not be involved in day-to-day work. It's not surprising that there's high turnover in this company. If you're considering taking a job here, I would recommend contacting former employees first. You know how to find them.

      Bad culture

      Pros

      Generally good people trying their best, working hard and attempting to innovate.

      Cons

      This place defines micromanagement. The CTO makes decisions and changes his mind on almost an hourly basis, doesn't trust the people he hires to do a good job and is rude when challenged.

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO and benefits. Majority of the employees are compassionate.

      Cons

      Some of the new leadership are not a good fit including g the CFO and head of products. HR needs a major overhaul! It took 2 months to get an offer letter out which is a form letter. They need a new head of HR
