Pros
They are persistent, flexible, and professional in placements. I worked with them multiple times for more than 5 years before placed. In one case, I turned the job down, but they kept going and came through with the perfect one at the perfect time. Once placed, I was treated very well all the way through the process. Got me in at competitive pay. Offers decent benefits. So nice when contract ended. Yep...treated well.
Cons
Small so some benefit work not on time or not quite right. Just keep on top of it. The team cares, and they do make it right in the end. Kaiser Permanente isn't the easiest insurance to switch to since it's a both a closed provider and insurance company.
