Pros

* Free lunches and occasional employee appreciation events. * Some genuinely kind and helpful coworkers. * Nice, modern office.

Cons

Cons * Poor leadership and management. * Departments often blamed one another instead of working together to solve problems. * Little to no formal training. The culture was largely “figure it out yourself.” * Employees were often held accountable for systemic issues that were outside of their control. * Favoritism and inconsistent treatment across teams. * Managers taking credit for employees’ work and contributions. * High turnover and disorganized processes that made it difficult to succeed. * The overall employee experience did not align with many of the overwhelmingly positive reviews I read online. Based on my experience, the workplace was far more chaotic and disorganized than those reviews suggested. I also found many of the company’s anonymous responses to employee feedback to feel generic and dismissive rather than genuinely addressing the concerns being raised.
