Pros

The clients are the best part of this company. They fake a "caring" culture. They foster diversity and inclusion but do not actually care about people when they are in trouble or in need of assistance. People here are just another cog in the wheel.

Cons

LOW pay + Long/Late hours of working = The lowest wages in the industry. They fake that they are a progressive company who cares about their workers. They do not. When disaster struck my region, they set up a link to help people of my region, but did not offer once to help me, nor check on me and my family during the disaster. Leadership is a joke. Senior members of staff won't do their jobs unless hand held. Where is the senior leadership? Where is the professionalism. I got more "not my problem" type of responses when asking leadership to do simple tasks such as research products for the benefit of the company. You are going no where in this company. This company is being propped up to sell and the leadership are lying to their employees about partial ownership or equity if the company is sold. Guess what- you aren't getting anything but empty promises and tall tales. This company is going to do its best to limp along until they sell it and lay off all employees. Non-sustainable development practices.

Trigger Global Response

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Trigger won’t always be a fit for every hire and we regret the negative perception that this employee left with. In particular, we recognize the growing pains that came out of adjusting to a remote culture and have taken stock of ways to improve for employees in later time zones than our LA headquarters. When it comes to pay, our salaries do meet the market based on our size, industry, and employee experience and performance. Lastly, Trigger’s long-term business goals don't match what is described here, which likely stems from this employee’s short tenure of just a few months. Trigger is prioritizing the support and experience of our employees now more than ever, and look forward to continued growth and longevity as a direct result of our talented staff.
