Everyone has their viewpoint and they can express it here as it is an open platform. Cons -No Management: Trimantra Comment: We have such a transparent system that If there are any issues you can always reach out to Management. We haven't seen that you have come up with any suggestions on that. -Worst HR: Trimantra Comment: If you have any complaint related to hr you can always escalate it to management. I haven't noticed such action from your side. -Only freelancing work: Trimantra Comment: As we are a service-based company we are working with different clients for specific time limits and it can be anything as per the requirements. - Each and everyday project changes: Trimantra Comment: This is a magical statement.
