Pros
If you are not looking for anything long term or if you are looking for something while you are in school this is a good place. They are family oriented and in most cases will to work around your class schedule. This company is a faith based company and employees several seminary students to help them through college. When leaving this company, they refer to it as a Graduation, because you are moving on to something better. Lots of excellent learning experiences.
Cons
At times the job can be rather stressful and down right draining. Many people burn out quickly. The job it self is not hard with the exception of some recruiting. The recruiting process is not difficult but you need to have a strong back bone and be willing to stay on the phone until you find someone to do what you are needing. Compensation is not the greatest and there is no room for advancement.
