Pros
As someone who has worked in several startup environments as well as enterprise companies, I can confidently say Triple Whale is an incredible place to work.
Things move fast, the C-suite is incredibly involved, and they're humble and kind. The culture feels mature. There may be the typical company politics you find anywhere, but being rude or unkind to others simply doesn't fly here. People are collaborative, supportive, and genuinely happy to help each other.
One thing that stands out is that people are happy. The product is incredible, customers are happy, and it's genuinely fun to be on a team that feels like it's winning. It seems like we're constantly hearing good news, whether it's product launches, major customer wins, awards, or company growth.
Work-life balance is also respected. There are a lot of parents here, and there's plenty of flexibility to make sure people can be there for their families when needed. I don't have children myself, but I find it refreshing to work at a startup that feels like it's run by adults who understand how to balance ambitious work with real life.
Genuinely no complaints.
Cons
not a con at all, but I think people coming who haven't worked at startups can be taken aback by the pace of things. just a heads up to newcomers or those considering joining. you won't regret coming here but be prepared to work at a fast pace.
